"Genererally a very nice stay. Only minor aggrevation was restaurant, which I understand is run independently of the hotel. Service on Friday was extremely slow and when speaking to management about this, we were made to believe that somehow it was our fault for not advising the restaurant we were coming. It was our understanding that this was not our job as the Best Western promoted this breakfast as part of their offering. After come conversation plans were made to accommodate us the next morning which ran much smoother."

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast included was terrible. Portions way too small...had to order another breakfast afterwards. Should let guests know ahead of time that portions are way too small, gives guests the opotion."
